Danny Juforier (they/them, she/her, he/him) is an always-evolving all-round talent, based in Cologne, Germany.
Born in 1999 to a Russia German family and raised in a small town in Lower Saxony, they already had an interest in being creative and showcasing it on the World Wide Web. During their time in elementary school, they published their first stories on a popular children's website, and around the same time, they were introduced to digital music production through a basic music production software from a cornflakes box. In 2010, Danny started uploading frame-by-frame animations on YouTube and created websites for their projects (which were, as you can guess, very overambitious, but a kid can dream!).
During their teenage years, Danny discovered the magic of FL Studio (which remains their go-to DAW until this day) and produced their first own tracks, which were partly uploaded to SoundCloud. During these formative years, they joined the school choir, traveled with other students to Czechia, Finland and Austria and won a choir contest on regional television. Beside that, they were introduced to stage moderation and hosted a few school events.
After their high school graduation in 2017, Danny started their professional training as a speech/voice pathologist at a school with a huge artistic and pedagogical focus. While the training gave them many important lessons and experiences, they ultimately decided against working in healthcare. Danny completed their training and moved to Cologne to study media science.
Since then, Danny joined the local college radio station Kölncampus as an editor and host, with a primary focus on video games, pop culture and pop music. In 2923, they won the Campusradiopreis (= "campus radio award") in Northrhine-Westphalia for their retrospective on Björk's international debut album. The same year, Danny launched a professional music career; they are the vocalist and the bassist of the band Sweetened Admiration and continue to work as an electropop artist.
